Warner Brothers released the first image of Henry Cavill as Superman from the upcoming film Man Of Steel.

 

**EDITORS NOTE**

Cavill looks pretty good in the suit. Granted this is probably heavily photoshopped and retouched. As far as the costume goes we’ll need some better images of the suit before we pass judgement, but it almost looks like they are going with a classic/movie/DC Relaunch hybrid. As far as the story goes… this Superman reboot of the Superman reboot we JUST had with Brandon Routh sounds like it’s just what fans and movie-goers are looking for: another movie showcasing Supermans origin story!!

Seriously… I’ve been reading Superman comics and watching Superman movies and cartoons since I was 5 years old. I am COMPLETELY in the dark here on this  Kal-El fella and really need someone to tell me about where this strange visitor from another planet is from and why he’s here. Thank goodness we are gettingwhat we really want!
